That applies to every image, plan and line of text on these pages unless it is credited otherwise: none of it may be copied, republished or used to train any system, in whole or in part, without permission from the studio. You are welcome to link to any page here.

Some images on this site are architectural visualisations rather than photographs. A visualisation shows a design intention, so finishes, furniture, planting and site conditions can differ from what is finally built.

Nothing on this site is a binding offer, and the descriptions here do not set the scope of any engagement. Scope, schedule, responsibilities and price are agreed only in a signed contract between you and the studio.
