An open floor planned for focus as well as company: paired desks, glazed meeting rooms and a corridor that earns its keep.
An office has to hold concentration and conversation in the same room, which is a planning problem long before it is a decorating one. The desks are paired and set back from the glazing, the meeting rooms are glazed so the floor keeps its daylight, and the corridor between them is treated as a room rather than a route.

The corridor was given a full gallery wall so that the walk between meeting rooms is something other than a blank stretch of plasterboard.
The cutaway axonometric let the whole floor be judged at once, which is how the desk runs and the meeting rooms were balanced before a single partition was set out.
The materials carry the business here, not the signage: leather, timber and a grey-brown ground that a busy floor does not wear out. The result is a space that stays calm at eye level while a great deal happens across it.
